It seems that now is the time that some of my kids (in their 20's) are beginning to ask questions about their (our) time in the Family. As you've said to Maxx, some of what went on in the Cog is NOT what we signed on for. Nevertheless, we were participants in some of what went on. For example: We (my wife and I) did get into ff'ing and escorting.
The kid's responses and reactions to that are, no doubt, going to be, "How could you have done that or allowed that?" At present, I'm thinking, "I don't know!" I thought, back then, "Well, if we could do it for the devil, we could do it for God. Let's win the world for Christ a la the sex doctrine." Revolutionary? Back then under Cog think, "Yes, it seemed so!" Now? "Ha!"
Nevertheless, the questions are starting to come. I want to be honest. I think they're wondering, too, if they have brothers and sisters wondering around the world that they don't know about. I haven't heard of any, but ya never know.
So Bob, what do you think? Got any tips on how to field some of these up and coming embarrasing questions?
