My sister joined the group led by East Indian Sri Chinmoy in the 1980's. She gradually broke away from many family members, including me. I felt it had a lot to do with what her guru was asking of her--celibacy in marriage, etc. which I did not agree with.

What do you know of this group? My sister and I have not spoken (her decision) for 13 years. I now believe we never will. She has replaced me and others with her cult family.She is now a diciple and totally dedicated to this group.
