Thanks David, I'll try. Today I am transferring the drawing to the canvas board that I am going to do the actual painting on. I keep wondering if this three step drawing, transfering and then painting is really necessary. I realise that this way if there is some screw up with the drawing step that you can eliminate it when doing the transfering...but it still seems like a lot of stuff to do before getting to the real painting part. Eh, what do I know? I just like slapping on the paint.

We had the front door open to let in some fresh air. It's been really windy lately and today is breezy too. At some point I walked through the den and panic'd when I saw that the transfer paper was gone off the drawing table. It wasn't finished and I hadn't transfered the picture over yet. A few seconds later I found it on the other side of the room, apparently a gust of wind had picked it up and taken it for a ride. Sometimes this art business can be very nerve wracking.
