I call this plant "fox grapes." The berries will get a little larger and turn dark purplish-blue by the end of summer. I'm fairly certain this is a wild grape because the plant has tendrils, which aren't captured in this photo, just like domesticated grapes. But I could be wrong with my identification. The thorny branches are another plant--they don't go with fox grapes.
