Hi again Ivan. I know you mean well and I would agree the harvest truly is plentious but the laborers are few. But again I would say not everybody is cut out to be a missionary.

Everyone can witness and that is a command to all christians but street mininsty is not Gods highest will for everyone. Gods best is different for each individual.

I used to think that way too because of having done it for years and felt I was backsliding if I wasnt out on a street corner or parking lot,or door to door everyday. I myself have done those very things and enjoyed doing them with others but that is not Gods perfect will for me now.

God has many options within his will tailor made for each individual. We also where ever we are can be a witness for the Lord.

I myself have for many occasions witnessed and won souls within differing conditions and found it actually more fruitful,spiritually and financially than just standing on a street corner and better able to get support fincially so I can pay bills and help others -supporting other ministries where people are being reached and helped.

So all I would say at this point is there are all kinds of options to consider besides just street ministry to explore and still be in Gods highest will.

His will is different for each person according to their unique gifts and abilities. One size does not fit all in specific ministries.

I definitely think abide in your calling applies here. Not everyone is called to street ministry,or going door to door,or to be a preacher in a church setting or working in a street ministry to help the poor but some are.

Some have had a difficult time trying to do something that God has not called them to nor annoined them for. If we seek his face he will show us what is his best and highest for us and utilizing what he knows we are capable and within our limits.

So I would hesitate to tell someone that Gods highest for them is street ministry,ect,ect. I would suggest that if they have a strong desire for that kind of thing or something similiar, or volunteer work with another job besides according to their own personal faith be it unto them.
