Friday was the first day of the meeting. Mary and I, Cancion, Michael and Mavis all caravanned to the lodge together. We arrived at about 2:00pm and along the way I stoped and put out signs leading to the lodge. Joseph, Jemivah and Shebuah arrived next. They got lost and I went and found them. Then Barney and Joanna, they also got lost and I went and found them. Then Meshach, he got lost also but found his way with more instructions. Last, but not least was George and Woodie, they got lost also and I went and got them and at about 10:00pm on Friday everyone was there. We had a great time sitting around the table laughing and fellowshipping.

SaturdayJoseph, George and I were up first. Then Barney and Joanna cooked breakfast. After breakfast we started with some of the meeting. Please understand there were many things discussed and this is only some of the highlights and the things I remember.

A. A brief history of the Network. Which Barney gave, from his time with Cancion, the small paper, until now.
B. A brief look at the Statistics. ( Given by Joseph ) Very interesting. The two top Draws of the things people read are the discussion boards, of course and after that are the pictures.
C. The goal of the New Day News Network. We discussed Communication, Fellowships and the Network
D. The role or Responsibility of the coordinators, tech manager and general managerGuiding people to the right person.

We had lunch and everyone took a break, some took a WILD ride to the wild life park and some like myself stayed back and took a nap. We had dinner and got going again at about 7:00pm

A. Discussion about fellowships We all agreed about the importance of fellowship and that we should continue to have them.
B. Altering the Mission Statement for International Expansion. No decision.
C. Possible Spokes person for the NDN.Each coordinator has that responsibility, but no definite decision.
D.Should we change the name? No, but maybe make it shorter like NDN.
E.Is the Family involved behind the scenes?No
F.Shebuah’s presentation E-mailing the general public, Animation Chat room and pop-ups adds.
