On the network I used to run we had a forum called Buy-Sell. It worked very well, and it was always busy with people advertising things.
We did have to develop some guidelines that you may or may not want to have here.
One was that in order to sell anything you had to be "registered". This was to keep people from ripping each other off.
We had to make a "no firearms" rule so people didn't use the forum to sell weapons that might be illegal from state to state (or country to country).
