Regarding registration, all we would really need is a valid email address, I think. In other words, to post an ad, you would need to fill in the email address field on the message form, and we would could email you and get a response back before we would approve the post.
This is all stuff we have to work out. But, I would think that in the case of people we know, such as regulars on the board that we are all in contact with in some fashion anyway, the registration could be waived.
I'm just concerend about a stranger showing up, using an alias, and burning a bunch of people. It happens all the time.
The software has a lot of features like forced email address, or the requirement that a person submit a profile before they can post, and that the profile has to be approved by the coordinator.
Forgive me, I'm thinking out loud here. Bad habit, I have.
