That's a good policy. Had we just stepped inside the train station, there were legit tour companies we could have hired.
Most of the trip, we planned down to the second. We had tours booked months ago via legit companies. But the Naples thing we just decided to show up and see what happend. I guess we are lucky it didn't end up worse.
Soon, I'll write about Florence which is where we found out that we had been seriously ripped off. This by a major international hotel chain. Everything else that happened was minor compared to this situation. It didn't involve any kind of injury, it just cost a lot of money. Luckily we had insurance to cover that situation.
