Jane, is there any possibility you and a few teachers could open your own school? You could do art classes maybe? Have a competitive rate to charge and everybody gets paid better?

Well now I realize this is probably way out there, because there are so many needs to make a school and get it licensed or whatever. But it is a thought. Then "the little Red's" best friends could defect and go to your school.

Well it's a happy thought anyway. It has to be hell to have people doing everything to pressure you out. It must really be wearing on your last nerve. Is it worth hanging onto?

People can be really mean when they want to get rid of someone. I hope you find a place where you can feel appreciated for all that you do.

I was thinking that you have been battling them for a long time now. I don't know that it would be them "winning" if you quit and went to a place where you feel more at home. After all if winning means staying where you are treated so badly then what is the gain?

I hope you find a place you feel really happy about. I know you did feel happy about it for a good while. But now that it has turned sour, why get stuck with a proverbial carton of curdled milk?
