(Joseph) You are quite a writer Joseph. We did have a lot of fun with the Brisket thing. It seems to be a lost art now days, with the fast pace, micro waves, rush rush, etc. One thing you can’t do is rush a Brisket. Did you ever wonder how some of these things got started ? You know recipes and all. Mary and I deep fry a turkey every Thanksgiving in peanut oil, Cajun style. It cooks completely in about 45min. You should try it, it is wonderful.
