Here's a place that is historic and just plain cool at the same time. It is in the shape that it is because it used to be a Roman Circus, a place where chariot races used to take place. Now it is very long piazza with three fountains, shops, restaurants, people watching galore. I also used to sing here in a former life. Not that I could really sing but enthusiasm counted for a lot.
