I was in Sapporo Japan in a "School home that had about 40 kids, most of them young and most of them there without their parents. There were several waves of epidemics that passed through the home. First it was head lice, then it was whooping cough (which all the adults caught too), then it was measles, then it was flu, then it was head lice again ......

I and my family were looking for the first opportunity to leave the circus, but with all the sick kids we couldn't do it for a long time.

Finally the epidemics came to an end and just at that time God opened the door for me to get a work visa and a good teaching job. Two months later we were "outa there".
