Yikes...I'm sure glad that you stopped sliding! You never can tell what will happen when you venture into the wilderness areas. Remember a few years back when that whole section of mountain gave way in Yosemite? That creeped me out. Who would guess that a whole side of mountain slope would just slide off.

That rocky stuff we walked down and across on the hike was mostly under snow. But it still bothers me to walk across that stuff normally.
