You hit the nail on the head. And it's what bothers my kids, too. She always has to tell everyone all the negative stuff that happens, or the one or two things no one got around to doing for her yet. She doesn't have a lot of patience, and when she asks them to do something and says "you don't have to do it right away," she really means she wants it done immediately. The next thing you know, she is on the phone telling all the relatives and friends that no one will help her do this or that. I have had to restrain my kids a ton of times from blowing up about it, just reminding them that Grandma doesn't really mean what she says and she is old, and they are gonna just have to suck it up. But it does make me mad.
