I'm sure that you're continuing to pray for her and there may be a breakthrough before she passes. I'm cheering you on from the sidelines. Don't give up, Jane. Run that race. :)

Rocks hold a lot of symbolism for me. As a child I as drawn to rocks of all sorts. My mother-in-law has an enormous rock collection. Among her finds are arrowheads, rock tools made by indigenous people, petrified wood, and more than a hundred fossils. I have slowly been moving many of my favorites to my garden. We've taken the others and put them in a rock bed that she created when she was still active. People who have seen it respond, "Wow, someone has a big collection of rocks!"

I love the idea of letting children look through the pile and discovering interesting rocks to take home with them. I think that she'd like that.
