(David C) I had some delicious King Ranch this past weekend. I've never had it with tomatoes, so I'm so glad that you've posted this recipe. YUM!
Does Mary's recipe include the red corn tortillas? I'll check and see. It's very colorful that way. You can use both yellow and red, and that way the red aren't too overwhelming.
