Since there is not much activity with voice-conferencing, future voice-conferences will be in Ironsides World Headquarters. Also, I re-located it from Miscellaneous category to Social Issues.

This acheives two goals:

It saves time editing the title. It also gives me more traffic, of topical discussions when I schedule conference times, with people involved in social policies.

Possibly in the future, if people ever decide to go more to voice on NDN, we can again change the Conference title and location.
