If you saw Maria at the beach laying in the sun what would you do ?

Would anyone call the cops and file a lawsuit ? Is she guilty of proveable crimes or is it all just water under the bridge at this point ?
Are there witnesses willing to come forward and testify against her with documentation in hand or is it all just water under the bridge ?
