To tell the truth I would never have thought of it on my own. When Joseph and I were rather young, newly married, he decided to take out life insurance. I must have been in that sublime state of denial that the young are usually in, because I didn't really see a need for it and was amused by it. Well, am I glad that Joseph did what he did because now we both have life insurance and that will certainly be helpful if either of us should pass away. At the time when Joseph first took the insurance out we had nothing and only two children. Now we own our home (well, still paying on it) and have 3 children. It's a lot to take care of.
