Andrew, this can be a time communing project. To really fix it you need to take it apart where you can or where it is coming apart. Then glue and clamp (don’t leaved it clamped over 3or4hours) the loose spindles or rungs back together with the seat or whatever part they go to. This type of rocker will never be very sturdy, so you have to be careful with it. Also while you have it apart and before you glue it back together you might want to put some “Scratch Cover” on it, once something has been stained and sealed it is next to impossible to re-stain it, but Scratch Cover will help, use the one for dark wood. If you don't have clamps you can use rope, but you need it tight. Hope this helps.
