I have a JVC GR D-21E mini camera. It's digital, but instead of a memory card it has a tape. I needed this for filming the hospital and the babies that we have in foster care. I have all the cords and plugs but no software.

How do I get the tape onto my computer? If you don't know, don't worry. I'll just go to the store where I bought it and bug them.
