Have you already tried dry-cleaning fluid?
If not try that first.
If it doesn't work try fresh lemon juice on a tiny spot. Let it dry and see if the stain disappears.
If that doesn't help, and if the material is ENTIRELY 100% synthetic, try a weak solution of muriatic acid on another tiny spot.
