Interesting. The website in question must have two versions of the page in their directory. For example:

page.htm
page.html

Explorer was probably loading the .htm version of the page by default.

It sounds like an error by the webmaster to me. He might want to send an email letting them know, becuase that problem will effect others as well. It's an easy thing to do while saving a file.
