FT you can also go in Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools and Clean Disk to clean your Hard Drive better from all the junk in it... Try that! For sure if you get a really bad virus the best thing to do if you can`t do anything anymore is to erase your hard disk and use your Startup PC CD you got when you bought your PC to erase all what`s on your hard drive and install Windows back fully and have a brand new virgin computer.
