I'm not that familiar with the virus, but in many cases there are things written to your registry that will cause the new copies of your files to become reinfected. A removal tool should remove those entries to your registry, and find whatever file is out there that is used to infect other files.

The way you'll know if you are dealing with something like that is you will clean a file, just to find it dirty again within a few minutes or days.

If you have any kind of network, you'll need to clean every computer on the network, and while doing it, disconnect them all from the net, or they will keep infecting each other as you try to clean.
