I did quit a bit of searching on the Web for the driver for your particular sound card. It appears that the only drivers that are out there for that particular card are compaible with win 95, 98 and ME.

I would guess that your sound card is only compatible with 16 bit systems. Try and find Gillemont International's web site -- they would probably have more info on that. I couldn't find their site -- maybe it's down for maintenance.
