It really isn't that hard. You would need to put a bottom on the arch and a track on the arch part in the center, to hold the stained glass. If you did your cardboard template correct you can put it up in the arch to see if it is right and then take your measurements and your cardboard template to someone that specializes in stained glass and they can make it to fit and then just install it into the track and then install your bottom, also I would put some clear silicone in the track to help hold the glass.
