When you boot up with the bootable floppy, actually it should auto start with a menu.
Win 98 Second Edition?
If it doesn't, type "A:" to go to the floppy,
or "D" if it loaded into virtual memory like it should have.
now type "dir" for a list of files in that directory. There should be a file 'format.exe'
If so, type "FORMAT C:" and it should take off..
May be "FORMAT C: /sys" to make the partition bootable
