You might try opening up a free email account with Yahoo, and have them send the registration file there.

They do have spam filters, but it goes into a box called "bulk" that you can look at.

I really like Avast. In some ways it is more agressive than either McAfee or Norton. It tells me when it even thinks an incoming email might be suspicious, showing me who it's from and the subject. Most of the time, those are just Spam and I delete them, but I can receive them if I want to look into them further.
