i have tried unsuccessfully for weeks to join in the conversation on Journeys but for some reason when i try to post a response, i get the following message:

i have no idea what the "causes" means. My messages to the webmaster address yielded only one response but no solution. i get the same message above by merely clicking the refresh button. Any suggestions?
