My husband hasn't connected our hot-water heater yet. That means we still don't have a sink in the kitchen (it all fits together).

It's taking so long because he doesn't knowhow and he wants to pay the minimum for installation.

We heard of a Polish man who moon-lights and does carpentry, etc. and supposedly can do this job. However, I've never met him personally so I don't know what he really knows.

What I want to ask is: Can ANYone install a boiler (the small kitchen kind) or should only a professional do it? It's electric not gas.
