They visited the supposed place where the burning bush is. It's a monastery and they let the author spend the night there. In the middle of the night he got up and went out to sit looking at the supposed bush. The thing that he found interesting was all the fire extinguishers around the patio, for just in case the bush caught fire.

I do like the book but I had expected more adventure. He does a bit of pontificating.
