Hi, I've watched CIS on occasions but have been turned off by the abundance of cases that involve sexual abuse. Is NCIS the same?

As for 24, I try to keep up with that one since it is one of the few that I follow regularly. You'll have to point out the Mossad agent to me. The show moves so quickly that I've missed him. Which one would he be?
