I was so disappointed in the movie. It was dark, boring and I kept falling asleep in the first hour. Finally I stole Joe's popcorn and kept munching to stay awake. This was a movie that had great potential, had a great cast but somewhere from the pages of the book and the filming of the movie, it lost it's fun. I was sorry. When they got to the highpoint of the movie where Tom Hanks is revealing to French girl that she is the decendent of Jesus, it was just so boring. I would have thought she would have been shocked, horrified, amazed, interested, scared...anything. But it was like the low point of the movie as opposed to the big moment.

Ah well.
