Content is what is important to me, too. The more Scripture, the better, IMO. The church I just left - it was really life changing to me - the Word. I miss that, but it got to where what was happening there spoke louder than what was being said.
I forgot about that tape you sent me! Yes, that was great. There are a few people I have heard and/or read that have really left me with a lot to think about. And sometimes it's just a little bit, but it gives me something to think about for days.
I was suprised to see you say that you still feel like an outsider, because that is exactly how I feel. I would think that after all those years in church, those feeling would be gone by now. Maybe they just never go away. But I also am gonna stick around because I would rather be a part of something than part of nothing.
And yes, Greek dressing is mostly oil and vinegar, but I think it's the herbs that makes it what it is, and that's what I can't remember.
