I remember when you came to my house for New Years and your daughter was so young. Was it that long ago? A lot has changed since then. We sold that huge house and moved to a more manageable one since our kids are grown and gone.

We have a lot of family (flesh family- ha! - I don't do the other kind anymore!) but also a lot of ex members and we will have a houseful and it will be fun.

Every year I plan to have a totally spiritual Christmas and leave room timewise for myself to do projects like organize photos, music and so much more. Once again we were out buying gifts and groceries at the last minute today and I have a hectic day planned tomorrow. We are starting our celebration at 3 p.m. and Grouch, if you three would like to come here after your private family celebration you are more than welcome to come. There will be some ex members here I know you will want to see and there will be MUSIC from these friends, the same friends who were there last time but who are OUT now and still playing music. We have the fire pits ready for tomorrow when it gets dark. We are in Lakeside a minute from Lindo Lake...619-938-0950.

Just a note to anyone interested in Merry (Mene's) progress....I see her a few times a week and she is doing FANTASTIC and realized the 'curse' was a LIE. She is clean and sober and has a home to live in and a good job and has turned her life around. She has been invited to Christmas and may come. I hope so. Her boss talked to me yesterday and said she is one of the best employees she has ever had and is so thankful she met her. I thank God for her doing well after what the F did to her. Rick told me one of the nightmares he never could get rid of was not being able to help Merry and I tried to assure him he was a baby himself. Don't get me started on that subject.

My sister passed away last year about this time but she had a real change of heart and received Christ. We ended up having a beautiful sister relationship at the end of her life. For the rest of my sisters to ever have a real relationship we may need to go on Dr. Phil. :-) All I know is at the end of her life she called me to say she had received Christ and I flew to Italy to be with her the last days of her illness and there was a true 100% change in her which changed me forever as well.

So many things to be thankful for. I usally get to reflect after the holidays and leave a few days for that solitude and time for projects I thought I could do on the holidays. My focus this year is to make sure every person coming to my Christmas Day party feels loved and special. Some of the gifts are dollar store presents but no one walks away empty handed and we have three refrigerators of food.

and type it in if you have to to see a near site on Christmas.

Merry Christmas!
