Most definitely the FIRST.

The second one was also good, but I really liked the feel of the first. It had more of an ethnic feel to it that made it seem more "authentic". The second one was more of a gangster movie rather than a "Mafia" flick.

The third one was dreadful, made worse by using Coppola's daughter as a main character. When she was shot at the end of the film it got some guffaws from the audience. Andy Garcia had some promise but it was a wasted effort.
