I never tried to enlist, forget it - they wouldn't look my direction (way too old now). But I have always watched war movies on TV, and I noticed that since my son went into the Marines and then went to Iraq, I am especially drawn to watching them. I watched part of "Band of Brothers" and have always wanted to see the series, but just never have had time. I did like the movie "Saving Private Ryan" although it was also sad.
