Hmmm, shows that irritate. You have a few on your list that I've never seen. At the risk of giving you apoplexy, I'm going to tell you that I've actually enjoyed a few of Oprah's shows. But you really are right about her for the most part.

PBS's self-righteous, secular programing, e.g. Bill Moyers
Will and Grace - no comment
Home-Shopping networks
Entertainment Tonight - this one's on your list, but I had to mention it, too. I will watch it occasionally just to remind myself how self-important many movie stars are (not all). Gag me with a spoon.
A lot of daytime programing like Jerry Springer, etc. Soap Operas, but I will confess that I was glued to General Hospital once.
AND last but not least:
Televangelists - no comment
I really don't watch much TV anymore so that's all that I can think of right now.
