Saw it! Is it a good movie? well.......!
If you want to go to the movies for a good performance, a possibility of an Oscar nomination, then go!
Anne Hathaway which we know for her ''princess'' role gave a more in depth performance here, she is basically the movie as far as dialogues ( I know a dialogue is between two people, but....!)
If you go see the movie, you will understand what I mean, or will you?
She does not overplay which is good for that type of character and the story does not end up hanky dory, thank God! It is more of an European type of movie,rather than the old happy ending American way!
A story about a girl in and out of rehab who comes out for her sister's wedding! If you expect your ''regular'' type of wedding, that's where you are going to be surprised. Let's say that I would not have liked to be a guest there, not my cup of tea! I think that the movie is a reflection of the generation of the young thirty something,a group of people more diverse who have friends coming from all kinds of ways of life and when they get together, it is ''THE MELTING POT''!
Go see it, if you want to see one of the female nominee, and also to get to know bunch of unknown!
