Large venues really put me off. There are always hooting and hollering, people walking back and forth in order to be seen, and there always is that one person who wants to stand thru the whole concert right in front of you! It's not about the music at all...it's a reason to party!

In a smaller venue you actually can see the performers' eyes, and NOT on a big screen either! Most of the people there are there to hear the music!!! If I am going to pay $50 or more then I want to get my moneys worth. I can party ANYTIME (not that I'd really want to, I'm really quite tame) but to hear a musician LIVE...WOW!
