It is a big problem and it is becoming worse and worse every year. The most difficult time is when the weather is so cold and that nothing is good enough to protect them from the cold.
A number of them, even if they are freezing to death and litteraly some die from the cold, are refusing to go in the shelters. They often suffer from mental illness and being with others around them just suffocate them.
Please pray for them so that God reaches out in some way to protect them from hearm and cold.
