When Jael was there, I was at the Ohio Farm. I came with Nathanael (my husband at that time) to shepherd the Ky Farm.

We did have a shower though. You had to heat it up with coals (it was outside). It got nice and hot, but then you had to go outside into the snow to get back into the house. AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!

I remember once while on the road, it was at Bear Creek Park in Texas in Dec. 1969 and the showers were only for summer. In other words, NO HOT WATER! I was desperate to get clean and to wash my hair. I mustered the courage to stick my head under the freezing water, it froze my skull and I nearly passed out. ha! It hurt like when you eat a cold icecream on a hot summers day. Except there was no heat anywhere. Who said we weren't dedicated????
