If I may suggest, it would be good for you to ask a few questions first and wait for the answer before making a judgement.
First of all, did I say I "blame only the Family"? I was frustrated and feeling very sick when I wrote that post and that came out, but it's because I trust the people here at NDN to not judge me by one post.
In my last 10 years of the 30 that I spent in the Family, I noticed that the mentality of leadership is not even "shoot first and ask questions later", it's only: shoot.
You sound pro-Family. That's your choice. I am not. I spent 30 years in that group, the first 5 of which were pretty good because, I believe, we were pure in our motives.
However, the type of people, I don't mean every single person, but generally, that the group now has collected, is a degenerated version of what was once a group of dedicated, sincere for the most part, disciples. It's now mainly a bunch of hangers-on who are fearful of falling from the grand graces of the heirarchy.
Phil is a product of this last generational group and it is a mess, a disaster that we are now doing our best to clean up using the Lord's Words and asking frequently for prayer.
