I tried a lot of things, but the one thing that has really made a difference is taking a vitamin supplement " Calcium, Magesium and Zinc " Calcium; is an essential mineral for strong teeth, bones, nails and hait. Magnesium; is important for healthy nerves and muscles(including your heart) Zinc; is involved in body metabolism and aids in proper growth. It has been good for me.
