I am divided on the subject. I think that in certain cases,it can be good but most of the time not...
Because, you have to consider the psychological aspect of things. If you think that a new nose will make your life happier,it may be true for a while, but you have to solve your problems deep inside.
I know I would feel a lot better if I was skinnier and probably it would boost my self-esteem for a while,as people relate differently to skinnier people than fat ones. It is true, and nobody can tell me any differently. But, I would not be ready to go to the extend of having a stapled stomach. I want to be able to control my weight otherwise. But, if I was 500 pounds and that it was the only way to lose weight very fast because of a matter of life or death, I would perhaps go this route.
In the fat department still, tummy tucks, liposuction work in removing fat and give you a nicer body, but it can come back and then what?
I think that these days,we all focus too much on physical appearance and we forget to focus on the inside. If your inside is doing well, your outside will reflect that, not the other way around.
That's my opinion for now.
