David, only based on your past posts where you give a lot of attention to your sex life, it would seem you should know the answer to this already and be able to testify to its therapeutic benefits.

On the other hand, sex can trigger things in your body which help release tension, stress, etc., if the sex is the kind that makes you feel good, as in, not under pressure, not forced, not expected, otherwise it can have the opposite effect and caues you more headaches, wrinkles from depression and worry, etc.

If you really want to know some cures for wrinkles and headaches I can offer some solid advice:

Headaches: increase water!! rub peppermint or lavender oil on your temples and where the headache is, take an aspirin, get some sleep, most importantly, try to define the source of the headache

bad eyes
sickness coming on
overly tired
toxic air

Wrinkles
There is no "cure" for wrinkles, other than perhaps a face lift of laser surgery to take them off.

But you can minimize them by

* AHA or anti-wrinkle creams
* keeping your skin, esp. around your eye area moisturized
* lemon oil in a witch hazel/vinegar toner applied at night (do not use lemon oil on your skin in the daytime, it causes discoloration)
* Try a papaya mask (only leave on for 10m. at the most)
* Wear sunglasses to avoid squinting your eyes and sunscreen to protect from UV rays (though sunscreen could be just as bad due to high chemical content)
* Don't put loose powder around your eyes, it gets stuck in the wrinkle creases and maximizes their appearance

But the thing is, you have to begin an anti-wrinkle regime before you hit 30, cause once they are there, there's not much you can do, you can just do your best to prevent them or to minimize them.

Let me know if any of those methods help

> I heard that sex cures headaches and that it
> is good for your skin getting rid of
> wrinkles when applied is there a doctor in
> the house that knows?

> Inquiring minds want to know.
