I know about the water, I made more efforts in the last couple of years to drink more, but unfortunatly I have started drinking mineral water lately because I had cramps with my intestine, it might be why I had a bit more problems.

my appetite is not too much, I am pretty good in my choice of food, just the good fats, abundance of vegetables with bit of meat or cheese and almost no starch... I lost 27 pounds since october... I had gained constantly since I had my son 11 years ago, like my metabolism stopped working.

I had known someone who talked to me about passing gallstones naturally years ago, I had an operation for gallstone six years ago, and it seemed it was not a good move. But, stones in the kidneys or bladders are different, but I believe you probably can pass them naturally too.

My emotional health has been up and down these last few years, I am doing better now. My blood pressure, and thyroid are normal apparently according to the tests at the doctor, and candida and ph I don't know yet, but I can check it perhaps this summer when I go to the doctor. I am very very busy right now because of a future move, school ending and all, that is why I try to eat the best I can ,exercice a bit better, but the weather has been pretty bad here. But, I climb to the fourth floor at work as many times as I can during week days and I have to go back to my thirty minutes of bike exercise as soon as the weather gets better.
Thanks PorcDoll, you are doing a great job and Dr Iron too hahaha!
