Grapeseed oil is nearly tasteless.
It is much lighter than olive oil, fries well, doesn't smoke at normal frying temperatures, never gets thick. keeps well at room temperature (provided the room is cool) and it has some of the good properties of grapeseed. It has a good effect on the circulatory system (tones up the blood vessels) and it reduces cholesterol because it is very high ln linoleanic (sp???) acid and vitamine E.
